After your Botox treatment, you should follow these aftercare instructions to ensure excellent results:
- Avoid any strenuous activity for 24 hours following the procedure.
- Don't touch, pick, or rub the treated area.
- Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes.
- Don't go to hot tubs, saunas, and other places with high heat and humidity.
- Stay in an upright position for at least 4 hours.
